However, I ran into a serious issue with the billing. I was charged multiple times, and it was frustrating to sort it out after a long stay. On check-out, I had already paid cash, but I noticed several unexpected charges on my account. It caused a lot of stress. I did check out a day early, but I called beforehand to clarify. It seemed disorganized, and I couldn't reach a manager to resolve it. These issues need attention to improve guest experience.

Additionally, the noise from the hallways was quite disruptive at night.
